Dear Exhibitor,

We ask you to read the Exhibitors' Manual with very attention as it has been made to inform and clarify you about the Rules and Regulations of the Show. It's also important to pay attention to the deadlines stipulated for the stands services requirements. Those requirements must be sent in the deadline so that we can handle them on time.

We ask the Space Only Exhibitors to inform their contractors about the availability of the Exhibitors Manual and that they forward to their builders the forms that must be filled-in by the builder or both (the builder and the exhibitor).

We have attempted to provide all the necessary information concerning the Exhibition, its technical aspects, rules and regulations. However, if any situation involving your participation is not clear enough, please do not hesitate to contact us as we will be delighted to give your queries our urgent attention.
